Comprehensive Water Resources Management Program
The purpose of the CWRMP is to ensure that the planning and development of Reservation water and land resources are safeguarded against surface and ground water degradation.
The CWRMP includes the Water Resources Protection Code (Lummi Code of Laws Title 17) and its associated regulations (see Law and Regulations). In addition to LCL Title 17, the CWRMP consists of the development and implementation of the following programs:
- Wellhead Protection
- Storm Water Management
- Wetland Management
- Water Quality Standards
- Nonpoint-Source Management
